Return and Exchange Policy
Simply contact us within 14 days to obtain a reference number by emailing. sales@minichatterbox.com.au or contact us on 1300 80 52 92
Mini Chatterbox would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase, or the size, colour is wrong, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges that are sent back to Mini Chatterbox within 14 days of receipt of your parcel.
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed in original condition at the time of purchase and with tags, packaging and labels must be intact.
We recommend returns are sent via registered mail, as we cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit.
Please include a self addressed, prepaid satchel for all exchange items.
Please include a copy of your receipt when returning.
If the product is defective, we can exchange or refund. No additional charges will be incurred.
Faulty items must be returned within 14 days
